Cancellation Policy

At Alere Care and Support, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality, reliable support to all participants, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.

Cancellations with less than 7 days notice, or missed appointments without notification, may be subject to a cancellation fee in line with NDIS guidelines and your service agreement with us.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
